Once you have ordered your reading you will receive a confirmation of your purchase. If necessary, you will then receive an email that will ask for all the information needed for your reading. Also, if needed, we will then fine tune your question together so that you can/will receive the most in-depth responses possible. Once we have agreed on your question, I will do your reading.

You will receive an Audio file of your reading and photographs of your personalized spread.

With that said, we want happy clients so if you are experiencing an issue with your order/item please contact us at your leisure (preferably within 30 days of receiving your order so as it is fresh on everyone's mind) via email We do our best to respond to client's quickly, usually within 2 to 3 business days or less and accept case-by-case exceptions.
